Return Policy Information
Your satisfaction is our highest priority! D'Vine Greek Apparel will issue store credit for any regularly priced merchandise that are defective or due to an error caused by D'Vine Greek Apparel. Due to the custom nature of our items we cannot allow for returns due to errors made by you the "client". Please ensure prior to placing your order(s) that all spelling, color selections, etc. are correct prior to placing your order.
All "SALE" items are final sale! In the event there is an error made by D'Vine Greek Apparel or a defective product is received, customers will receive store credit for purchases and must submit a Return Request within three (3) days of the delivery date. Please return your item(s) by mail in accordance with our return policy. Shipping fees are not refundable. All items must be return in the original unused condition. Free from stains, perfumes, unwashed, and all tags attached. Item(s) that do not meet these requirements simply cannot and will not be accepted for return.
To submit a return request please do the following:
1. Submit a email to firstname.lastname@example.org with "return request" in the subject line.
2. Provide your order/confirmation number and the reason for your return request. The order/confirmation number can be found in the email you received after your order was placed.
3. If item(s) is defective or damage please provide a photo clearly showing said damage or defect.
Once this information is reviewed by us, within 3 business days you will receive a email notifying you of the status of your return request. If your return request has been approved, return shipping information will be provided.
Item(s) must be returned to us within five (5) business days after receipt of approved return request. You will be responsible for all shipping costs to return your item(s). Store credit will not be issued until the original item(s) has been received. Once your return is processed, store credit will be issued in the form of an E-Gift Card that will be emailed to you. Your store credit will be in the amount of the purchased price of the returned item(s) only.
Returns received without prior approval or after five (5) business days of approval are considered to be “untimely” returns and will not be accepted.
The following items are not available for exchange:
1. Customized/Personalized item(s)
2. Item(s) that show evidence of wear
3. Items identified as "On Sale or Sale"
