Processing of your order will take between 7-14 business days. (Excluding all weekends and holidays) Once your order has been place it cannot be changed or cancelled. This time does not include shipping to you and could add an additional 3-5 days after processing before you receive your order.
*Please note* In the event we are vending at show or conference, shipping of your item(s) will be delayed until after we return. All orders are shipped in the order in which they are received. Shipping notification will be provided via e-mail when your order has been completely processed. Please allow between 24-48 for notification to update.
Delay in shipping happens from time to time due to inclement weather, carrier delays, etc. are beyond our control. We will work diligently to ensure your order arrives to you.
All orders that are shipped via Express services are guaranteed delivery within 1-2 business days. This is the In-Transit Time only and does not include the processing time of 7-14 business days. Express shipping cost vary and depends on the weight of your item(s) and final destination. The express shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.
Incorrect Shipping Information Please ensure address information is correctly entered and includes all required information. This includes but not limited to: correct abbreviations, street numbers, and building or apartment numbers. We are unable to make any changes or additions to an order after it has been placed. We are not responsible for incorrectly delivered shipments. Please verify all address information provided is entered correctly at the time of purchase.
If your package is returned to sender for incorrect shipping information, the package will not be resent until all shipping fees are paid to have the order re-shipped using the correct address information.
