Ship/Line Name Customization

Please add this customization option if you would like to add your ship name to the back of your jersey or utility jacket. Your ship name will be added above your line number.  This option is for these items only. In the "Add a note to your order" section at check out please provide this information and ensure all spelling information etc. is correct. 

**The line name option will be placed below the line number. These are individual options. Please add this item twice if you would like both ship and line names to your order. 

Example Ship Name: CATASTROPHIC

Example Line Name: Code Red
